The Fire TV Omni QLED Series is one of the largest announcements, at least in terms of size. This TV lineup’s users will be able to take advantage of Amazon’s Ambient Experience for the first time. It’s a more intelligent mode for smart TVs that surfaces relevant information as needed.

When a person enters the room, Ambient Experience detects it and displays useful information with beautiful backgrounds.

Alexa Widgets, hands-free music/audio playback, personal photo libraries, Alexa Routines, content to discover, and other features are supported. This distinguishes the Fire TV Omni QLED TVs in the smart TV market.

According to Daniel Rausch, vice president of Amazon Entertainment Devices and Services:

For decades, we’ve been buying so-called smart TVs, but they’re not all that smart—and for much of the day, they’re not even beautiful or useful. The Omni QLED Series reimagines what customers can expect from a smart TV by delivering stunning artwork, glanceable information, hands-free controls, and so much more.

You can, as expected, use these TVs to download your favourite streaming apps and take advantage of the visual technologies they include. 4K content, HDR10 Plus, HLG, Dolby Vision IQ, and HDR10 Plus Adaptive. And, with 65-inch and 75-inch screen sizes, the Fire TV Omni QLED TVs truly provide a cinematic experience in your living room or bedroom.

These smart TVs start at $799.99 and go up to $1,099.99. For the time being, they will be available through Amazon and Best Buy to customers in the United States and Canada. Those interested in purchasing a unit can begin pre-ordering today.
