In India, on Tuesday, iQoo 11 5G was launched. The latest version of the smartphone is had Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, Vivo V2 imaging chip, 6.78-inch 2K E6 AMOLED display, 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup with 4K Super Night recording and optical image stabilization (OIS), 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charger.

This smartphone is going to be on sale from January 12, around 12 PM IST, through Amazon for the Amazon Prime Members. The rest can get this smartphone from Jan 13 around 12PM IST. The smartphone comes in 2 storage variants 8GB RAM + 256GB and 16GB RAM + 256GB with a price of Rs. 59,999 and Rs. 64,999 respectively.
The alpha color variant has a back made from anti-glare matt glass material, while the BMW Motorsports-inspired legend color has an organic silicone leather on the backside.
The customers of the HDFC and ICICI bank will get an instant discount of Rs.5000 when they purchase through their cards. There is also an exchange option which gives an instant discount of 3000 Rs.

The smartphone has a 6.78-inch 2K E6 AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM with Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13. The company has said that they will release Android updates for 3 years and 4 years for the security for these smartphones.
The iQoo 11 5G has a triple camera arrangement in which 50-MP ISOCELL GN5 as primary with OIS support, 13MP telephoto/ portrait sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 116-degree optical field of view. On the front it has a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls. The device has a V2 imaging chip which enables the person to record 4k videos at night.
Talking about the connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port, GPS, OTG, NFC with in-display fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, compass, gyroscope, and infrared.
The iQoo 11 5G has a vapor chamber cooling system to maintain the temperature while long run and heavy usage. With this, the smartphone comes with 5000mAh battery and 120W flash charger which supports fast charging. It is said that the charger fuels up the battery to 50% in 8 minutes charging.
