The yet-to-be-launched Samsung Galaxy A14 will be a 4G smartphone rather than a 5G one. The phone is a successor to Galaxy A13 and will soon be launched.


As per the reports, Samsung Galaxy A14 is likely to come with a 5000mAh battery and a 50MP primary camera sensor.

As per the Geekbench listing, the handset could get an octa-core MT6769V SoC with a base frequency of 1.8-Hz and will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset.


The expected price range of the new smartphone in India is expected to be between Rs 10000 – 15000. 


The reason for offering a lower price is that Samsung Galaxy A14 is a 4G device and in the current scenario when people are opting for 5G phones it would be difficult to sell a 4G phone at a higher price band.Samsung has always been a major seller of mid – range phones.



Most likely the smartphone will be launched in December and will be released in both markets of India and Europe. In the European market, Samsung Galaxy A14 is expected to be priced at around 230 Euros. 


Some reports also claim that the phone will first arrive globally and then in India with a budget offering. It is rumored to have a 6.8-inch LCD screen that will support a resolution of 2408×1080 pixels. Its predecessor Galaxy A13 featured a 6.6-inch full HD + IPS LCD Infinity V Display.


As per the listing, Samsung Galaxy A14 could offer up to 4GB RAM. Base model with a storage of 64GB.It is also expected to come with a 50 megapixel rear and a 13 mega pixel selfie sensor on the front. This mid-range phone offered by the company may have a waterdrop-style notch design like the Galaxy A13 smartphone.
